Creating a Custom Garment
First Step: Consultation
The first step in bringing your custom piece to life is booking a consultation. During this 30-minute session, we will discuss your vision in detail including budget, color palette, sizing, and overall design direction to ensure your piece is thoughtfully tailored to you.
Consultations are available in person or virtually via Google Meet for your convenience.
To allow adequate time for design and production, consultations must be booked at least 4 months in advance of your event date. Appointments scheduled within 2 months of the event will incur additional rush fees.
The consultation fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward the final cost of your garment should you choose to move forward with the design.
Please come prepared with positive energy and a few inspiration images to help guide the creative process.
Second Step: Finalizing
At the conclusion of your consultation a final sketch will be created, pricing will be confirmed, and all agreed-upon details will be outlined in a formal contract. This contract will include your design specifications, timeline, payment schedule, and policies to ensure full clarity before production begins.
Custom pieces typically range from $500–$2,000, depending on the complexity, materials, and overall design of the garment. Final pricing may also reflect specialty fabrics, embellishments, or structural elements requested.
Once your design is finalized, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due at your final fitting. Please note that work will not begin until the deposit has been received.
Throughout the creation process, you can expect one to two fittings prior to your final fitting. These fittings allow for necessary adjustments and ensure your garment fits flawlessly.
Any major design changes requested after the contract has been signed may result in additional fees and could impact your timeline. Minor adjustments are included within the fitting process.
Final garments must be picked up or arrangements made within a specified timeframe after completion. Shipping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
General Pricing
Custom pieces can vary widely in price depending on your vision, selected materials, and the level of detail involved in the design.
Cocktail and interview looks typically begin at $500, with final pricing increasing based on specialty fabrics, intricate embellishments, or unique design features.
Gowns begin at $1,200 and may increase with additional add-ons such as hand-beading, layered construction, extended trains, or other couture details.
Each piece is thoughtfully priced to reflect the craftsmanship, time, and high-quality materials required to bring your vision to life. During the consultation process, you will receive a clear, customized quote tailored specifically to your design, ensuring full transparency before moving forward.
Please note that all pricing is firm and non-negotiable. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our work, uphold quality standards, and ensure every client receives the same level of care and attention.
Any additional requests, design changes, or upgrades made after the initial quote may result in added costs, which will always be communicated and approved before proceeding.
