Time, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid impacting the next appointment. More than one late arrival may result in additional fees.

Please provide at least 24 hours. notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Repeated last minute cancellations or no shows may require an extra deposit before booking future appointments.

What to bring and Garment Condition

Please bring the shoes, undergarments, and shapewear you plan to wear with your garment.

Garments should be clean and ready to be fitted at the time of your appointment. Cesalee’s Closet reserves the right to decline garments that cannot be safely or hygienically handled.

Guests Policy

To keep appointments comfortable and efficient, please limit guests to 1–2 people unless specially requested
